The agreement between you and Stigmarix when you use our platform. We've written it to be readable — but it is legally binding, so please read carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Stigmarix LLC, a limited liability company registered in Missouri, USA under filing number LC014778460, with its principal office at 2345 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108, USA ("Stigmarix", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Stigmarix platform — including the website, web terminal, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Who We Are
Stigmarix LLC is a limited liability company registered in Missouri, USA under filing number LC014778460. Stigmarix was founded in 2025.
We are a technology provider. We build software that helps users research, analyse, and execute trades in digital assets. We are not a licensed broker, exchange, financial adviser, or bank, and we do not provide trading, legal, tax, or financial advice. Trading decisions are yours alone.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction. Restricted Jurisdictions currently include, without limitation: the United States of America (and its territories), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, and any country subject to comprehensive UK, EU, UN, or US sanctions.
- You are not listed on, or acting on behalf of any person listed on, any sanctions list maintained by HM Treasury (UK), OFAC (US), the EU, or the UN.
- Your use of the Services does not violate the laws or regulations applicable to you.
Your Account
Registration
To use most Services you must register an account and complete our identity verification ("KYC") and anti–money laundering ("AML") checks. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.
Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, seed phrases, and two-factor authentication devices. We will never ask you for your password, seed phrase, or 2FA codes. You must notify us immediately at Contact support if you suspect any unauthorised access.
One account per person
Unless we approve it in writing, you may hold only one Stigmarix account. Corporate and institutional accounts are subject to enhanced due diligence.
The Services
The Services may include: AI-assisted auto-trading, market signals, a multi-asset wallet, charting and research tools, copy-trading, staking, and portfolio analytics. Specific features may be added, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion.
The Services are provided as a tool, not as advice. Outputs of AI strategies, signals, leaderboards, and research content are informational only. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Fees & Charges
Applicable trading fees, funding rates, withdrawal charges, and VIP tier thresholds are published on our Fees Schedule. By executing a transaction you agree to the fees applicable at the time of execution.
Risk Disclosure
Cryptoasset trading is high-risk. The value of digital assets can be extremely volatile and you may lose some or all of the funds you commit.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or tax evasion.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services belong to Stigmarix LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Third-Party Services
The Services route orders to, or aggregate data from, third-party venues and providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, availability, or policies of these third parties.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or continued service would expose us to legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stigmarix LLC's total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stigmarix LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app message.
